About Neill

Neill Nwoha built a legal foundation in Texas education. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Angelo State University in 2011, then returned to Texas to complete a J.D. at St. Marys University School of Law in 2016. Those years shaped his interest in litigation and taught him how to parse complex facts and claims.

He began practicing in Texas and has privileges that extend to the Fifth Circuit. Early in his career he worked at Thomas J. Henry Law in 2020, where he handled case preparation and client work under experienced trial lawyers. That stint gave him practical courtroom exposure and a closer look at the litigation process from intake through trial preparation.

In 2021 he launched his own firm, founding The Nwoha Law Office. As founder he manages both the legal work and the day-to-day operations of a small practice. His work draws on trial experience and on a network of peers in trial-focused groups. He holds a certification in trucking matters from the Academy of Truck Accident Lawyers, which informs how he evaluates accident evidence and interacts with experts.

Membership in professional organizations is a visible part of his professional life. He is listed as a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association. He also maintains membership in the Academy of Truck Accident Lawyers and is an alumnus of the Black American Law Student Association. Those affiliations connect him to continuing education and to other lawyers who try cases for injured people.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and ready to take disputes to court when needed. He spent formative years in a larger plaintiff practice before moving to his own office, and that background shapes how he approaches discovery, expert work and negotiations. He works on litigation strategies that often hinge on technical crash reconstruction, medical causation and insurance dispute points.

He is active in handling matters that involve large-vehicle collisions and serious personal injury. He represents individuals in truck-accident and other personal-injury litigation in Texas and in matters that reach the Fifth Circuit when appellate review is required. He centers his practice on securing results for injured clients through trial and negotiated outcomes.
