About Nathan
Nathan Piers-VanderPloeg earned his J.D. from Oregon State University in 2011. He completed his legal training in the state where he now practices and joined the Oregon bar the same year. The law school years are where he built the foundations of legal research and writing that would shape his early career.
After law school he became a member of several professional organizations. He has current memberships in the American Bar Association and the Multnomah Bar Association. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2011, maintaining his standing there while developing his practice in Oregon.
In 2014 he joined Hunt & Associates, PC as an associate lawyer. That role placed him inside a firm environment where he worked on a range of client matters and supported senior attorneys on case preparation and strategy. As an associate he handled client communications, drafted pleadings and motions, and participated in hearings and negotiation sessions on behalf of clients.
