About Nancy
Nancy Winkler built her legal foundation at Temple University, where she earned a B.A. in English and Economics. She stayed at Temple for law school and received her J.D. from the Beasley School of Law. The combination of liberal arts and legal training shaped a clear approach to writing and argument that she has carried into a litigation practice.
After law school, Winkler was admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has worked in state and federal court in both jurisdictions. Her career centers on courtroom work and case preparation, the kind of hands-on litigation that requires both careful legal research and practical case management.
Winkler is a shareholder at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C. In that role she manages client files, leads trial teams and participates in firm governance. Colleagues describe her as a steady presence in complex cases and a reliable courtroom advocate. Her day-to-day work involves drafting pleadings, taking depositions, handling discovery disputes and arguing motions at various stages of litigation.
Her professional affiliations reflect an active role in the trial bar. She maintains memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Between 2007 and 2009 she served as comptroller of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, a post that put her in charge of financial oversight for the organization during those years.
Winkler’s litigation practice emphasizes preparation and practical strategy. She approaches cases by assembling the facts, testing theories in depositions and preparing witnesses for trial. She focuses on clear written work in court filings and on presenting evidence in ways juries and judges can follow. That mix of courtroom presence and detailed case work drives how she handles each matter.
Over the years she has balanced trial work with mentorship inside her firm. Newer attorneys who work with her get experience in trial preparation and courtroom procedures. Winkler continues to try cases and to represent clients in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania courts. Her current practice centers on civil litigation in those two jurisdictions.
