About Nancy Rose
Nancy Rose Wagner studied law in Cincinnati and left school ready for practice. She entered the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1992 and earned her J.D. in 1995. That mid-1990s legal education set the course for a career spent working in Ohio courts and advising local clients.
After graduation she began practicing in Ohio. Over the years she has worked inside the state’s legal system, appearing in trial courts and handling matters that required both courtroom preparation and careful legal research. Her early years in practice taught her how to balance procedural demands with clients’ practical needs. She learned to move quickly when filings and deadlines demanded it, and to slow down when a case required detailed attention.
Her work has combined litigation and advisory roles. She has prepared pleadings, managed discovery, and represented clients at hearings. She has also advised clients on state-law issues, helping them weigh options and understand likely outcomes. Colleagues describe her as steady in court and concise in counsel. She favors plain language when explaining complex legal points, and she prioritizes clarity for clients who must make decisions under pressure.
Outside the courtroom she has kept current on developments in Ohio law. Continuing legal education and regular contact with peers have informed her practice. She approaches each matter as a set of concrete problems to be solved. The emphasis is on practical solutions rather than on abstract argument. That approach guides how she prepares a case and how she prepares a client for what comes next.
Today she continues to practice in Ohio. Her experience spans courtroom work and client counseling. She maintains a practice that concentrates on matters arising under Ohio law, providing representation and advice to individuals and organizations in the state.
