About Nadia
Nadia Phanco built her legal foundation at Florida Atlantic University and Florida Coastal School of Law, earning a B.A. in 2009 and a J.D. in 2013. She studied a mix of humanities and social sciences as an undergraduate, concentrating on German literature, psychology, arts and humanities, and women's studies. Law school came next, and she moved quickly into practice after graduation.
Her early career took shape in Florida law firms. In 2014 she joined Greenstein and Associates as an associate lawyer. The following year she took an associate role with Specialized Healthcare Partners, a position that exposed her to a different set of institutional clients and operational concerns. Within two years she had stepped into firm leadership. In 2016 she became managing partner and owner of Glenn and Phanco, P.A.
Phanco is licensed to practice in Florida and has been active in the local bar community. She has held membership in the Palm Beach Bar Association since 2014. Those affiliations have kept her in contact with colleagues across practice areas and provided local professional connections as her practice grew.
Her progression from associate to firm owner was deliberate. The moves traced a path from staff attorney roles into a position where she could set firm priorities and handle client matters directly. In managing the firm, she oversees both day-to-day operations and casework. The firm maintains multiple office locations, including a Tampa office, which supports clients across the region.
Colleagues describe Phanco as pragmatic in approach. She favors clear legal writing and steady case management. She tends to frame problems in practical terms, laying out options for clients and explaining likely outcomes. That methodical style carries through the firm’s intake and client communications.
Outside the office, Phanco’s undergraduate studies suggest a broad intellectual background. Her university coursework combined literary study with psychology and gender-focused inquiry, a mix that informs how she assesses client narratives and factual context. That perspective surfaces in how she structures cases and prepares witnesses for testimony.
She now practices at Glenn and Phanco, P.A., where she leads the firm’s work from its offices, including its Tampa location, and focuses her practice on client representation and firm management.
