About Evan
Evan Miller built his legal foundation at two Florida schools. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in business, finance and real estate from Florida Atlantic University, receiving his degree in 2010. He then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he completed his J.D. in 2014.
He entered private practice soon after law school. In 2014 he began practicing at Miller Legal PL, a firm where he handled matters that touched on personal and financial planning for individuals and families. The early years of his career were spent developing practical skills in document drafting, client counseling and case management.
In 2022 he started a new chapter by founding Estate Law Center PLLC. He created the firm to concentrate on matters that commonly arise as people plan for the future or cope with the loss of a loved one. The move to establish his own practice came after years of handling wills, trust work and probate-related issues in Florida courts.
Miller’s work centers on estate-related legal services. He prepares wills and trusts, assists with guardianships and handles probate administration. He represents clients in contested and uncontested probate proceedings and advises on transfer of assets and tax considerations where appropriate. He also works with families to organize their affairs so transitions are clearer and less burdensome.

Today he runs Estate Law Center PLLC, where he leads a small team that focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration in Florida. He continues to represent clients across the state and manage the firm’s day-to-day legal work related to personal estate affairs.
