Mr. William W. Bruzzo is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and California. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1993 and to the California State Bar in 1996. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Bruzzo is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of William W. Bruzzo, a firm located in Tustin, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Southern California, including Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties.
Mr. Bruzzo earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1992. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Rochester, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1989. During his time at the University of Dayton, he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure.
Mr. Bruzzo concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, domestic violence, DUI/DWI, juvenile law, and personal injury. He represents individuals in matters involving drug crimes, expungement, fraud, gun crimes, internet crimes, sex crimes, theft, and violent crimes. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bruzzo has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Wallin and Klarich, a criminal defense firm in Orange County, from 1998 to 2004. From 1993 to 2000, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, including duties as a military lawyer and a Company Commander with 500 Marines under his command.
Mr. Bruzzo is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the West Orange County Bar Association, where he has served as Vice-President. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar. He holds membership in the William P. Gray Lex Legion Inn of Court as a Barrister. Mr. Bruzzo is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
