About Mr. John James
Mr. John James Radziewicz built his legal foundation at Loyola University New Orleans, where he earned his J.D. in 2006 after concentrating on civil law and international law. He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University in 2002, receiving a B.S. in political science and art history. Those academic years include practical training that shaped his early approach to practice.
After law school he stayed connected to academic practice. He served as a student practitioner at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2008. Earlier, in 2005, he worked as a research assistant at the LeRoy Collins Institute, a role that exposed him to public policy work and empirical research methods.
Radziewicz moved into private practice and public service roles over the next decade. In 2010 he began working as a lawyer and a notary public at Crescent City Law, L.L.C. The following year he joined Sidney L. Shushan, APLC as of counsel, a position that allowed him to handle a mix of client matters while maintaining his Crescent City affiliation. He also has an official notary public certification from the Louisiana Department of State.
Outside of the office he has kept a steady presence in community and bar activities. He is a volunteer with The Pro Bono Project and has been involved since 2011. He holds membership in S.O.L.A.C.E. and in the Jefferson Parish Bar Association, both since 2010–2011. Those memberships reflect an interest in local legal networks and access-to-justice initiatives rather than purely firm-based practice development.
Radziewicz is admitted to practice in Louisiana and before the Federal Circuit. He combines courtroom and transactional tasks, and his role as a notary public remains part of his daily work. He currently practices at Crescent City Law, L.L.C., handling matters in Louisiana courts and before the Federal Circuit and providing notarial services.
