About Mr Jason Edward

Mr Jason Edward Niehaus earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law. He studied there during a period of rigorous coursework and clinical opportunities that shaped his approach to practice. The law school’s mix of doctrinal classes and practical training provided a foundation for the kind of work he would later pursue.

After law school, Niehaus entered private practice. He cut his teeth on litigation and client counseling in small and midsize firm settings. Over time he moved into firms where he could take on greater responsibility for case strategy and client relationships. That experience gave him a broad view of how legal problems develop and how they are resolved in both courtroom and transactional settings.

His name appears in the firm title at Bodkin Niehaus Dorris & Jolley PLLC, where he is part of the team handling the firm’s matters. At the firm he has been involved in case preparation, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Colleagues describe him as methodical and attentive to detail, and clients have relied on him to manage complex schedules and deadlines. He balances courtroom work with the drafting and review of agreements and filings.

Niehaus has also taken part in professional gatherings and local legal events. He has spoken informally at panels and participated in continuing legal education programs. Those activities keep him current on developments in procedural rules and practice trends. He also mentors junior lawyers at his firm, offering practical guidance on case management and client communication.

Today, Niehaus practices at Bodkin Niehaus Dorris & Jolley PLLC. He manages client matters for the firm and remains based at the firm’s offices, where he continues to handle litigation support, filings, and negotiations on behalf of the firm’s clients. His current practice focuses on serving clients through the firm’s docket of matters.
