About Mr. Bennett Roger

Mr. Bennett Roger Glen is an attorney who has practiced in California since the late 1980s. He completed undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a B.A. in Political Science in 1979. He pursued legal studies at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 1984 and later earned a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

His early legal experience included a stint as a law clerk to the late Robert E. Cartwright, Sr. from 1985 to 1987 at CARTWRIGHT, SLOBODIN, BOKELMAN, BOROWSKY, WARTNICK, MOORE & HARRIS, INC. He moved into practice as a lawyer by 1987 and worked in private practice through the end of the decade. In 1990 he established the Law Offices of Ben Glen, where he has practiced since.

Mr. Glen has been active in professional associations for decades. He has held membership in the California State Bar Association since 1987. He also joined the Consumer Lawyers of California and the American Association for Justice in 1987, affiliations that reflect long-standing ties to the plaintiff bar and consumer advocacy circles. Those memberships have been a steady part of his professional life.

Across more than three decades of practice he has drawn on both courtroom and office experience. His early clerkship exposed him to trial work and case preparation under an experienced judge. Later years in private practice have involved managing files, advising clients, and pursuing claims through negotiation or litigation when appropriate. He maintains a practice that emphasizes client representation in civil matters handled from his own office.

Colleagues describe him as a lawyer who has built a small independent practice and kept it running over time. He has balanced the administrative demands of operating a law office with the everyday work of counseling and representing clients. That combination shapes how he approaches new matters: methodically and with attention to the particulars of each case.

As of 2026 he continues to practice from the Law Offices of Ben Glen and concentrates on consumer protection and plaintiff-side representation.
