About Anthony Remo
Anthony Remo Luna built his legal foundation in Northern California. He earned a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and holds a B.S. from San Francisco State University. Those years shaped his approach to law: practical, fact-driven and oriented toward resolving disputes for people who have been hurt.
After law school Luna moved into practice that centered on injury cases. He founded Cal Injury Law Group and grew the firm around handling claims for clients who have suffered personal injuries. He set up the practice to manage both claim negotiations and courtroom litigation. Over time he has overseen cases that require close attention to medical records, insurance policies and procedural deadlines.
Luna holds membership in a couple of national organizations that align with his trial work. He is a member of The National Trial Lawyers Association and is listed among its Top 40 Under 40. He also belongs to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Those memberships reflect his participation in networks of trial lawyers and access to peer resources for complex litigation.
Colleagues describe Luna as methodical in his case preparation. He breaks problems into pieces, often starting with the medical timeline and then working backward to establish liability and damages. He takes depositions and prepares experts when a file requires detailed medical or technical explanation. He approaches negotiations the same way he approaches trial preparation: organized, document-driven and ready to test factual assertions under oath.
Clients meet a lawyer who explains the mechanics of a case in direct terms. He lays out likely outcomes, timelines and the trade-offs inherent in settlement versus trial. That plainspoken style helps clients make decisions under stress. He pays attention to practical matters such as treatment schedules and interim bills, and aligns legal strategy around those realities.
As of 2026 Luna continues to lead Cal Injury Law Group in California. He is active in professional circles that support trial practice and maintains a caseload of personal injury matters. He currently practices personal injury law at Cal Injury Law Group.
