About Morgan Brittany

Morgan Brittany Bliss built her path to the law through study and steady practice. She earned a B.A. in psychology from Arizona State University and later completed a Juris Doctor at Arizona Summit Law School. Those academic foundations gave her the tools she would use in courtrooms and in brief writing.

After law school she qualified to practice in Arizona and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Those admissions have shaped the kinds of matters she accepts and the venues where she appears. Over the years she has handled matters that required both trial advocacy and appellate briefing, navigating the procedural differences between state and federal courts.

Her work has involved litigation in Arizona and filings before the Ninth Circuit. She prepares pleadings, argues motions and drafts appellate briefs. Colleagues and clients describe her approach as methodical; she breaks problems down into discrete issues and addresses them one at a time. That steadiness serves her in fast-moving courtroom settings and in the longer timelines of appeals.

At the Schill Law Group she is part of a team that manages contested matters from opening filings through resolution. Her contributions include courtroom appearances and written advocacy, as well as client counseling during litigation. She balances courtroom responsibilities with case development behind the scenes, assembling records and preparing witnesses for testimony when cases proceed to trial.

Outside the courtroom she maintains attention to procedure and precedent. She follows Ninth Circuit opinions closely and integrates controlling law into client strategy. That attention to appellate developments helps when trial rulings have implications for potential appeals. Her practice reflects the practical side of litigation: assessing risks, calibrating arguments and setting realistic expectations for clients.

She remains based in Arizona and continues to practice at Schill Law Group, where she represents clients in state court matters and in federal appellate proceedings. Her current practice focuses on litigation and appellate work in Arizona and before the Ninth Circuit.
