Miriam A. Ross is a business attorney with over 40 years of experience, specializing in business law, arbitration and mediation, and international law. She is the founder of Miriam Ross & Associates, LLC, a firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Ross earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University.
Before establishing her own practice, she served as in-house counsel for several corporations, including Dayco Corporation, Textron Inc., and GTECH Corporation. In these roles, she provided legal guidance on business transactions, contracts, litigation, licensing, and corporate governance.
