About Minh T
Minh T Tran took a winding route into the law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington in 2001. He went on to get his J.D. from Michigan State University in 2005.
Early in his legal career he cut his teeth in clerkships. In 2007 he worked as a clerk at Ambrose Law Group. The following year he clerked for George P Mann and Associates. Those roles exposed him to courtroom routines and case preparation. They also gave him practical experience that carried into later positions.
In 2009 Tran joined Macey & Aleman, PC as an associate. He moved into a lawyer role in 2010 at Arrow Law Group, PLLC. Those years encompass both trial support and client counseling. He handled filings, motions and client communications while adapting to different firm environments.
Tran is admitted to practice in Washington and in federal court in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington. He has maintained membership in the Washington State Bar Association since 2009 and in the American Bar Association since that same year. In 2010 he also joined the National Association of Bankruptcy Lawyers, a professional group he continues to be part of.
His professional affiliations signal an interest in insolvency and restructuring matters. He represents clients in bankruptcy and related proceedings in state and federal courts. He has worked on both consumer and business matters, performing the routine tasks that underlie those cases: preparing petitions, drafting motions, and handling creditor communications. He applies courtroom preparation skills he developed during his clerkships and early associate years.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in case work and steady under procedural pressure. He approaches filings and deadlines with attention to detail. That temperament is useful in bankruptcy work, where schedules and strict forms often govern outcomes.
Tran’s background combines academic legal training and years of courtroom-adjacent practice. The arc runs from law school through successive clerkships, then into associate and lawyer positions at private firms. He continues to hold active memberships in several bar associations and professional bodies, and he practices in Washington state and federal courts representing clients in bankruptcy and related matters.
