Min Stephen Cho is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Cho earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, graduating in 2000. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Riverside, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. During his time at Western State, he was involved in various legal clinics and internships, gaining practical experience in the field.
Mr. Cho concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, labor and employment, corporate law, construction, family law, civil practice, banking, and commercial law. Throughout his career, Mr. Cho has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining CKB VIENNA LLP, he worked as a managing partner at Cho, Sheasby, Chung & Ignacio, LLP, and as a managing partner at Cho & De La Cerra. He has extensive experience litigating complex business disputes, probate, trust litigation, and domestic relations litigation on behalf of companies and high-wealth individuals in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Mr. Cho is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the California State Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution program. Mr. Cho is fluent in English and Korean, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
