About Mikal John

Mikal John Krueger built his foundation in the humanities before turning to the law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Canisius College in 2000 and went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Syracuse University College of Law in 2003. Those years left him with a combination of historical perspective and legal training that informed his early choices as a lawyer.

After law school, Krueger entered practice in New York. He is admitted to the New York bar and has maintained professional association membership since 2004. Early in his career he navigated the demands of courtroom work, client counseling and file management. He learned how the procedural details of litigation connect to practical outcomes for clients.

His path eventually brought him to McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C., where he is part of the firm’s roster of attorneys. At the firm he has handled a range of matters that reflect the everyday contours of practice in the state. Colleagues describe him as steady under pressure who pays attention to deadlines and to the finer points of case preparation.

Krueger’s education and early years in practice shaped his approach to legal problems. He relies on careful fact-gathering and document review before recommending a course of action. He is comfortable in both the office and the courtroom. He values clear communication with clients and prefers practical, achievable solutions over courtroom theatre.

Outside of litigation work, he has been involved in professional activities tied to the legal community since 2004. That ongoing engagement has kept him connected to developments in New York law and to peers across different practice areas. It also helps him anticipate procedural changes and shifting judicial preferences that can affect case strategy.

Over the course of his career Krueger has balanced courtroom responsibilities with client counseling and case management. He brings steady judgment to decisions about when to push forward and when to seek resolution through negotiation. He remains based at McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C., practicing in matters arising under New York law. He currently concentrates his practice on legal matters arising in New York at McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C.
