About Spencer C.
Spencer C. Malone earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2023. During law school he completed concentrations in Business & Compliance Law and in Personal & Family Law. Those course sequences shaped much of his early legal training and supplied practical skills he carried into practice.
After graduating, Malone entered private practice in New York. He began his current role as an associate lawyer in 2024 at McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C. His day-to-day work has involved research, drafting pleadings and motions, and advising clients on procedural and substantive issues. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he approaches each assignment by breaking down complex problems into discrete tasks.
Malone’s academic background reflects a mix of corporate and family law study. The business and compliance concentration covered company formation, regulatory obligations and contract work. The personal and family law concentration exposed him to custody, support and domestic relations matters. That blend allows him to move between commercial files and matters rooted in family law without skipping a beat.
At the firm he has worked on matters that require close attention to statutory detail and deadlines. He has handled intake, legal analysis and client communications for cases and transactions. He also assists senior attorneys on discovery and motion practice in contested matters. The role has provided repeated opportunities to apply classroom learning to live files and to refine courtroom and negotiation skills.
Malone is admitted to practice in New York. He maintains an active professional membership that began in 2024. Outside the office he has spoken at informal panels for newer lawyers and participates in in-house training sessions aimed at improving litigation workflow and client intake procedures. He keeps current on developments in both business regulation and family law through continuing legal education and firm-sponsored study groups.
Colleagues say he remains practical and detail-oriented under pressure. He prefers to let work product speak for itself and to solve problems through clear writing and steady preparation. He currently practices at McConville, Considine, Cooman & Morin, P.C., handling business compliance and personal and family law matters.
