About Michal S.

Michal S. Lipshitz took a route into law that began in a different discipline. She earned a B.S. in Textiles and Apparel from Queens College in 2008 and remained curious about systems and regulation. That curiosity led her to Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she completed her J.D. in 2014.

Her practical legal training began while she was still a student. In 2012 she worked as a legal intern at Riker Danzig. The following year included a string of placements: a legal internship at Richardson Legal PLLC, a judicial internship with the Kings County Supreme Court in the IDV part, and a position as a legal assistant at Neil M. Parsoff & Associates. Those early roles exposed her to courtroom procedure, litigation support and day-to-day office practice.

After law school she entered private practice. In 2015 she joined Davidov Law Group as an associate lawyer. Two years later she moved to Burner Prudenti Law, P.C. as an associate. The progression marks steady movement from internships and support work into full-time associate responsibilities.

Lipshitz is licensed to practice in New York. She has been a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association since 2015. Those memberships reflect engagement with the broader legal community and access to continuing legal education and professional resources.

Colleagues describe her as attentive to detail and methodical in preparation. She has handled matters at several stages of litigation and supported attorneys in both trial and administrative settings. Her background in a nonlegal undergraduate field informs a practical approach to problem solving and client communication.

Her career to date shows a steady accumulation of courtroom exposure and private-practice experience. The mix of internships, a judicial placement, support roles and associate-level positions gives her a rounded perspective on how cases move from intake through resolution. She maintains active involvement in bar association activities and continues to build her practice in New York.

She is an associate at Burner Prudenti Law, P.C., where she practices in New York.
