About Michael R.

Michael R. Bottaro completed his undergraduate studies at Boston College in 1997 and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2000. He entered the profession at the turn of the century, bringing an education grounded in two different legal and academic environments. The combination of an East Coast undergraduate experience and a law degree from Colorado shaped an early professional outlook that embraces both regional perspective and a broader legal training.

After law school he became active in the legal communities of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is admitted to practice in both states and maintains memberships in several professional organizations, including the Rhode Island State Bar, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. These memberships reflect a continuing engagement with the legal profession and ongoing professional development through association activities and networking.

He works out of multiple offices in Rhode Island, maintaining a main presence in Providence and additional offices in Providence and Pawtucket. That presence allows him to meet clients across the metropolitan area and to handle matters that arise in both urban and suburban settings. Colleagues and clients have access to him in more than one location, and that geographical spread supports a practice that serves people and businesses across the state and into neighboring Massachusetts.

During his career he has balanced practice responsibilities and participation in bar and trial-focused organizations. His involvement in state and national associations indicates attention to developments in the courts and to professional conversations about practice and procedure. He continues to be an active member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts legal communities, drawing on his education and two decades of practice to advise clients and appear in state forums. He currently practices from offices in Providence and Pawtucket and serves clients across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
