About Michael
Michael Perenich built a legal foundation through study in Florida and Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of South Florida in 2007, spent time in legal studies at the University of Florida in 2011, and received his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans in 2012. Those years overlapped with practical experience that would shape his early career.
While still in law school he served a judicial internship at the Florida Second District Court of Appeals in 2011. That placement exposed him to appellate procedure and written advocacy. After law school he joined Perenich Caulfield Avril Noyes as an associate in 2012. He worked there on civil litigation and injury matters, gaining courtroom exposure and day-to-day case management responsibilities.
Perenich continued to build his practice over the next decade. In 2022 he opened Perenich Law Injury Lawyers, taking on a leadership role and managing litigation files from intake through trial preparation. He is admitted to practice in Florida and in federal courts that hear circuit matters. His professional affiliations include the Clearwater Bar Association, where he has been a member since 2013, and the Florida Justice Association, where he is listed as an Eagle member beginning in 2013. He also participated in the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation American Inn of Court from 2017 until 2022.
Colleagues and clients see a lawyer comfortable in both negotiation and contested proceedings. He handles the practical tasks of developing claims, conducting discovery, preparing expert materials, and arguing procedural motions. The earlier appellate internship informs how he approaches legal briefs and preserves issues for appeal. He has handled matters across state and federal forums tied to personal injury and related civil claims.
Outside the courtroom he has maintained ties to local bar groups and litigation-focused professional circles. He has used those networks to stay current on evolving practice areas and trial strategies. Now leading his own firm, he manages a docket of injury cases and represents individuals in personal injury litigation.
He now practices at Perenich Law Injury Lawyers, where his work centers on representing people in personal injury cases and related civil litigation matters.
