About Michael

Michael Mullen trained as a student of politics and law before entering practice in the mid-1990s. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College, graduating in 1993, and completed his Juris Doctor at Villanova University School of Law in 1997. Those formative years set the stage for a career that spans two neighboring states.

He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Over the years he has handled matters that require familiarity with the rules and procedures of both jurisdictions. He has experience appearing before state courts and administrative bodies, and he has cultivated practical knowledge of regional legal practice.

Mullen’s early career included the routine work many young attorneys face: research, brief writing, and courtroom preparation. He built on those tasks as he took on more responsibility. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and careful in preparation. Clients have relied on him for clear explanations of complex procedural and substantive issues.

Alongside courtroom work, he has worked on transactional matters and counseling assignments. He approaches file work in a methodical way. He favors thorough factual investigation and plain-language guidance when advising clients. That approach helps clients understand risk and options without legal jargon.

Throughout his career Mullen has maintained ties to community institutions and professional circles in the region. He has attended continuing legal education programs and seminars to keep pace with changes in state law. He also mentors younger lawyers who join his office, offering hands-on guidance about litigation practice and client management.

Today he practices from the offices of Adams Renzi Law. He handles matters that require coordination across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he routinely manages cases that raise multi-jurisdictional issues. He divides his time between court appearances, client meetings, and case strategy.

Mullen’s path is that of a regional practitioner: education at respected local institutions, steady growth through practical work, and an ongoing presence in two adjacent state systems. He currently practices at Adams Renzi Law, serving clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey from that office.
