About Michael K.
Michael K. Horn built his legal foundation at Loyola College, where he studied political science from 1993 to 1996 and earned a B.A. He continued his studies at the University of South Dakota School of Law, attending from 1997 to 2000 and receiving his J.D. in 2000.
