About Michael Delos

Michael Delos Green is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Green is a shareholder at Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery PC, a law firm located in Santa Rosa, California. He has been practicing law for over 24 years, serving clients throughout Northern California.

Mr. Green earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he graduated in 2000. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Arizona, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996. During his time at the University of Denver, he was recognized for his academic achievements and graduated with honors.

Mr. Green concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defect litigation, civil rights, and wrongful death cases. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving serious injuries, product liability, automotive defects, elder abuse, and government entity liability. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Green has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Sonoma, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery PC in 2001, he clerked for the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Mr. Green is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Sonoma County Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2011 and was selected by the North Bay Business Journal as one of the forty exceptional business leaders under forty years of age in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties in 2009. He also serves as a professor of law, teaching trial practice at Empire College of Law. Mr. Green is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Northern California effectively.
