About Zack
Zack Agil earned his J.D. from Empire College School of Law. He attended a law school known for practical training and a small-school environment, and he carries that practical emphasis into his day-to-day practice.
He is a partner at Vivian & Agil Law. In that role he shares responsibility for the firm’s case load, client intake and the supervision of junior lawyers. His position requires both courtroom work and office-based client counseling, and he moves between those demands regularly.
Agil is admitted to practice law in California. He handles matters that arise under state law and works with clients across the state. That includes advising individuals and businesses on legal issues that require interpretation of California statutes and regulations.
Over the course of his career at Vivian & Agil Law he has built a practice that blends transactional work and contested proceedings. He often drafts and negotiates agreements, prepares filings and briefs, and represents clients in hearings and other proceedings when disputes escalate. He balances written advocacy with client-facing strategy sessions.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and pragmatic. He tends to break complex problems into discrete steps and to prioritize clear communication with clients. That approach shapes how he prepares a case, how he structures negotiations and how he explains options to those he represents.
He maintains an office at Vivian & Agil Law and remains active in legal work in California. His current practice focuses on advising clients on California civil matters and managing the firm’s caseload from intake through resolution.
