Michael R. Crosner is an attorney specializing in personal injury, criminal law, consumer law, insurance claims, and maritime law. Beginning his legal career as a litigation attorney at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Mr.
Crosner successfully tried approximately 75 cases to jury verdict or judgment. This early experience developed his litigation skills and provided him with invaluable insights into the workings of the legal system. In 1980, he took a significant step by founding the Michael R. Crosner Law Corporation. This firm focused on plaintiff-side complex litigation, addressing critical areas such as consumer advocacy, catastrophic injury, labor and employment, business disputes, immigration, and criminal defense. Under Mr. Crosner's leadership, his firm has been involved in numerous significant cases, including wage and hour class actions and representative actions under the Private Attorneys’ General Act of 2004 (PAGA).
