About Michael A.

Michael A. Pancier built a legal foundation that began in accounting and moved into law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University in 1983. Six years later he completed his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University College of Law in 1989.

He entered practice after law school and has spent his career practicing in Florida. Over more than three decades he has handled matters arising from workplace disputes and employment regulation. He is admitted to practice in Florida, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court, which allows him to handle both trial and appellate facets of employment litigation.

Pancier holds Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law from The Florida Bar. That credential marks a professional emphasis on the legal issues employers and employees bring to court and to counsel. His work has included litigation, administrative proceedings and counseling on employment-related policies. He represents clients in disputes over wages, termination, discrimination and procedural claims under state and federal statutes.

He has experience managing cases through discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. He also handles appeals in federal court where questions of statutory interpretation or procedural error arise. Being admitted to the Eleventh Circuit and the nation's highest court permits him to carry matters beyond state courts when necessary.

Clients who engage his office can expect a practice grounded in statutory and regulatory frameworks. He draws on an early training in accounting when matters turn to wage calculations, financial records and economic damages. That background often informs how he approaches proofs and expert testimony in employment and labor disputes.

Pancier practices from the Law Offices of Michael A. Pancier, P.A. The firm provides representation to private employers and employees, and appears in state and federal forums. He continues to maintain his Board Certification and his admissions to federal appellate and Supreme Court practice.

He currently concentrates his practice on labor and employment law matters, representing clients in litigation, administrative proceedings and related appellate work.
