About Justin
Justin Parafinczuk built his legal foundation in Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida in 2004 and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2006. Those years set the stage for a career spent practicing in the state where he studied.
After completing law school, Parafinczuk entered private practice in Florida. He developed a practical approach to client work, favoring clear explanations over legalese. Over time he took on increasing responsibility within his firm and the local bar community, maintaining an active membership in the Florida Bar Association.
Parafinczuk is a shareholder at Parafinczuk Wolf Law Office. In that capacity he handles a range of matters for clients who come to the firm for counsel and representation. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and attentive at the office. He balances casework with managerial duties that come with shareholder status.
Outside the office he spends time in community mentorship. He serves as a Big Brother through the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization. That involvement is part of a pattern of local engagement that complements his professional life. He has also participated in bar-related activities and maintained ties to legal colleagues across Florida through the state bar.
Parafinczuk’s practice reflects his years in Florida law. He draws on his education from Nova Southeastern and the University of West Florida and on long-standing experience at Parafinczuk Wolf. Clients and peers see him as a consistent presence in his community of practice. He currently practices at Parafinczuk Wolf Law Office and focuses his work on representing clients in matters arising under Florida law.
