About Brendon

Brendon Carrington began his legal journey at Princeton University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts. He went on to graduate from Harvard Law School. Those formative years set a clear course: an interest in complex litigation and federal practice.

Early in his career Carrington served as a clerk to Judge Patrick E. Higginbotham on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The clerkship exposed him to appellate procedure and the demands of federal appellate work. After the clerkship he joined Ropes & Gray LLP as a securities litigator. There he handled disputes arising from financial regulation, corporate governance, and related commercial matters.

In 2017 Carrington became a partner at Rottenstreich Farley Bronstein Fisher Potter Hodas LLP. The move marked a shift toward leadership roles in litigation teams and client strategy. Over time he combined that experience with federal courtroom work. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida and holds admissions to several federal courts, including the Fifth Circuit and district courts in Massachusetts, Southern Florida and Western Texas.

Carrington later helped found Barrow Brown Carrington, PLLC. As a founding partner he has overseen case intake, trial preparation and appellate filings. His practice draws on years spent in both large firm and boutique settings. That background informs how he manages teams and allocates resources on complex matters.

Colleagues describe him as exacting in legal analysis and direct in courtroom settings. He has a procedural eye honed by appellate experience and a practical sense of how federal filings play out before judges and juries. His time at a national firm gave him exposure to high-stakes securities disputes. His clerkship and subsequent federal admissions gave him repeated work before appellate and district courts.

Outside of litigation, Carrington has been engaged in bar activities and professional networks. He maintains memberships in legal associations that align with federal and securities practice. He has also taken roles that require coordinating across jurisdictions when cases involve multi-district or cross-border elements.

Today he practices from Barrow Brown Carrington, PLLC, where his work continues to span securities litigation, federal-court matters and appellate practice. He concentrates his current practice on securities litigation, appellate work and federal litigation.
