About Michael A.
Michael A. Morgan built a steady path through law and business study before forming his own practice. He studied political economy and law in classrooms that span two states, then returned to Texas to practice in both state and federal courts.
He began his academic career at the University of Alabama - Tuscaloosa, where he completed a B.A. in 2009 after entering in 2005. He moved to Waco next, enrolling at Baylor Law School and receiving his J.D. in 2012. He remained at Baylor for graduate business study and earned an M.B.A. in 2014. The sequence of degrees reflects a deliberate pairing of legal training and business education.
After law school and graduate study, Morgan established himself in Texas. He is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Those admissions have shaped the range of matters he handles and the venues where he appears.
