About Rosendo Parra
Rosendo Parra III grew up in Texas and took a steady path into law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and English from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2006. He later returned to school and received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2019.
Parra’s early post-college career tracked through finance and real estate. He worked as a sole proprietor for American Trade Service in 2009 and spent time as a realtor with Red Cloud Realty in 2010. Over the following years he moved into mortgage operations and consumer financial roles, including positions at the Adecco Group and Bank of America, where he held titles such as Subject Matter Expert and Mortgage Servicing Team Manager. In 2014 he joined USAA as Consumer Fulfillment Manager and Manager, Financial Foundations. Those roles exposed him to the operational side of financial services and consumer-facing work.
While in law school Parra served as a legal research assistant in 2018. After receiving his law degree in 2019 he opened his own practice. Since 2021 he has been the managing lawyer at Parra Law Office, PLLC. He is licensed to practice in Texas and has maintained memberships in professional groups since 2021, including the American Bar Association, the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Texas Estate & Probate Lawyers.
The mix of finance, real estate, and legal research in Parra’s background informs how he approaches client matters. He has practical experience with mortgage servicing and consumer fulfillment issues from his years before law school. He also brings courtroom and criminal-defense connections through his local association memberships. Those strands come together in a practice that addresses both transactional and contested matters.
Colleagues describe him as someone who applies prior industry experience to legal problems, translating procedural knowledge into case strategy. He has built a practice that serves clients in Texas on matters that intersect with his earlier work in finance and real estate, as well as matters tied to estate and probate and criminal defense through local legal networks.
Parra runs Parra Law Office in Texas and continues to accept matters that draw on his background in financial operations, real estate transactions, estate and probate issues, and criminal-defense matters. His current practice focuses on serving clients in those areas across Texas.
