About Melanie

Melanie Camara graduated from Michigan State University College of Law. Her legal education provided grounding in litigation fundamentals, evidence, and procedure. She moved into practice in Michigan after law school and has worked in a firm environment since early in her career.

Camara joined Mike Morse Injury Law Office in 2022 as a lawyer. She stepped into a fast-paced practice where client contact and case management are constant. At the firm she took on responsibilities typical for trial-minded teams: taking client interviews, reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings and discovery, and supporting motions practice.

Her day-to-day work balances written advocacy and client-facing tasks. Camara prepares case summaries and demand packages, coordinates medical evidence, and communicates regularly with clients about case status. She also assists in negotiation with opposing parties and insurers. Colleagues describe her as steady in the work required to move cases through investigation and settlement phases.

Camara maintains current professional association memberships and stays engaged with the legal community in Michigan. That engagement informs her practice in state procedural rules and developments in injury-related law. She continues to build practical experience inside a multi-office firm environment.

She is licensed to practice in Michigan and is part of the Mike Morse Injury Law Office team that serves clients across the state from multiple offices. She currently represents clients in personal injury matters.
