About Martin

Martin Bielat earned a B.A. in communications from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2013 and a J.D. from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland–Marshall College of Law in 2018. His undergraduate studies in communications preceded his formal legal training, giving him an early grounding in clear written and oral expression. He completed law school in Cleveland and entered the Ohio legal community soon after.

After law school, Bielat began practicing law in Ohio. He is licensed to practice in the state and belongs to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, where he has been a member since 2018. That local affiliation has kept him connected to community developments and the day-to-day realities of practicing in the region.

His career path reflects a combination of academic preparation and local practice. He transitioned from the classroom to client work in Ohio courts and administrative settings. Over time he moved into private practice, serving clients through his own firm. Those years in practice have shaped how he approaches casework and client communication.

Those who have worked with him describe an attorney who values clear explanation and steady handling of procedural matters. He draws on his communications background when advising clients and preparing documents. He takes time to explain options in plain language, and he prioritizes practical steps that help move matters forward.

Bielat’s professional activities include participation in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other local legal venues. He has remained active in the bar since 2018, attending programs and remaining engaged with peers. That ongoing involvement has kept him current on rules, court practices, and local procedures.

Today he practices under the name Martin Bielat LLC. His office serves clients in Ohio, and he handles a range of legal matters presented by individuals and small organizations. He maintains an office presence that supports client meetings, court appearances, and document preparation, while also handling the administrative work required to run a small law practice.

He is known among colleagues for steady preparation and a practical approach to legal problems. He applies his training from Baldwin-Wallace College and Cleveland–Marshall College of Law to everyday legal work. He currently practices at Martin Bielat LLC, handling legal matters for clients in Ohio.
