About Mark
Mark Perenich earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans in 1982. He completed his Juris Doctor under the common law program and entered practice soon after. Within two years he secured admission to the Florida bar and the state’s highest court roster, beginning a practice that would span several decades.
Early in his career Perenich moved quickly into leadership. He became a senior partner in 1985 at the firm that would be known as Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes Personal Injury Lawyers. The change in title reflected both an expanding practice and a steady involvement in trial work. Over time his name became associated with the firm’s offices in Saint Petersburg and Clearwater, where he handled cases and helped manage colleagues and staff.
Perenich is admitted to practice before multiple federal and state tribunals. His credentials include admission to the United States Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. His Florida Supreme Court admission dates to 1984. These admissions have allowed him to pursue appeals and federal matters alongside state-court litigation.
His work has centered on personal injury litigation. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has often been involved in the full lifecycle of cases — from pretrial investigation and pleadings through trial and, where appropriate, appellate work. He has operated within a firm that emphasizes injury claims and civil litigation, and his role has included both courtroom work and case oversight. Colleagues have relied on him for trial strategy and client handling in complex matters that require coordinated legal effort.
Today Perenich continues to practice at Perenich, Caulfield, Avril & Noyes Personal Injury Lawyers, maintaining a presence in the firm’s Saint Petersburg and Clearwater offices. He remains admitted to the courts listed above and continues to handle personal injury cases, including trials and appeals.
