About Mark P.
Mark P. Cressman built his legal foundation at the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1988. He stayed in school and completed his law degree at Nova Southeastern University in 1994. Those years set the stage for a law practice grounded in courtroom experience and association work.
After law school he took a role in public service. In 1994 he served as an assistant lawyer general in the Knox County District Lawyer's Office. That early exposure to public-office practice gave him day-to-day courtroom experience and a sense of the procedural demands of litigation. A decade into his career he moved into private practice leadership. In 2004 he became a partner at McEwan, Martinez & Dukes, PA.
