About Mark
Mark Eiglarsh began his academic path in Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida in 1989. He stayed in the region to pursue law and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans in 1992. Those years shaped his approach to litigation and public communication, pairing technical understanding with courtroom training.
After law school Eiglarsh built a practice centered in Florida. He has been the managing lawyer at the Law Offices of Mark Eiglarsh. Over time he has handled a broad array of criminal defense matters. He is a member of the Florida bar and retains ties to professional organizations that connect trial lawyers and criminal defense attorneys around the country.
Eiglarsh’s affiliations include the Florida State Bar, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Bar Association. He also maintains membership in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Those memberships indicate regular contact with peers, continuing legal education, and forums for case law developments and trial technique.
Courtroom work has been a through-line in his career. He has worked on cases that required both contested hearings and negotiated resolutions. His practice has involved plea negotiations, pretrial motions and trial advocacy in state courts. He represents clients in criminal matters that range from misdemeanors to more serious felony charges, handling the procedural steps that come with each stage of prosecution.
Colleagues and clients have noted Eiglarsh’s direct courtroom style and pragmatic handling of case strategy. He evaluates evidentiary issues, files motions when appropriate, and prepares witnesses for testimony. He also spends time advising clients about the likely outcomes of various courses of action, balancing legal risk against personal and collateral consequences.
Today Eiglarsh continues to run the Law Offices of Mark Eiglarsh in Florida. He remains an active participant in professional associations tied to trial work and criminal defense.
