About Mark

Mark DellaValle practices law in Connecticut. He earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and built his early career on that training. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and has worked on matters across the state’s courts and administrative bodies.

His time at Syracuse University College of Law exposed him to a range of subjects and ways of thinking about legal problems. He took part in classroom debates, clinic work and independent research while there. Those experiences shaped how he approaches legal questions: methodical, attentive to fact patterns, and attentive to the rules that govern practice.

After law school he moved into practice in Connecticut. Over the years he has represented clients in both courtroom settings and advisory roles. He has experience managing case preparation, handling procedural matters, and presenting arguments when the situation requires it. Colleagues describe his courtroom presence as steady and his preparation as thorough.

DellaValle’s work spans litigation and transactional matters. He represents individuals and entities on matters that arise under state law and appears before state tribunals on behalf of his clients. He also provides counsel on routine legal questions, contract matters and compliance issues that do not require litigation. His practice emphasizes practical solutions that align with clients’ immediate needs and longer-term objectives.

Outside the courtroom he spends time staying current on changes in Connecticut law and procedure. He attends continuing education programs and participates in professional gatherings to maintain an active practice. He keeps files organized and prioritizes clear communication, so clients understand their options and the likely paths ahead. He currently practices law in Connecticut, advising clients on matters governed by state law.
