Mark David Magarian is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Magarian is the managing partner at Magarian & DiMercurio, A Professional Law Corporation, a law firm located in Irvine, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, and San Diego County.
Mr. Magarian earned his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1992. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1988. During his time at Golden Gate University, he gained practical legal experience by clerking in a prominent Boston law firm before returning to California to pursue his legal studies.
Mr. Magarian concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, labor and employment law, and real estate litigation. He represents both employers and employees in matters involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and trade secret litigation. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Magarian has handled cases in the Superior Court of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at Dowling, Magarian, Phillips & Aaron, a Central California law firm, and served as a senior vice president and corporate officer for Mpower Communications Corp. and SeeBeyond Technology Corporation.
Mr. Magarian is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association, where he participates in the Section on Labor and Employment Law. He has also served as an arbitrator for the Superior Court of California, County of Fresno. In his personal life, he has been involved in community activities, including serving as president of the Yorba Hills Little League and the Yorba Linda High School Football Boosters. He is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
