About Mark Aaron
Mark Aaron Cantor earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Bradley University in 1990 and completed his Juris Doctor at Loyola University New Orleans in 1993. He moved quickly from law school into private practice. Those early academic years set a steady course for a career split between two Midwestern jurisdictions.
After receiving his law degree in 1993, Cantor opened the Cantor Law Office that same year. He spent the 1990s building a practice and establishing a local presence. In 2000 he took on new leadership roles, becoming managing partner of Cantor & Associate and joining Cantor & Burger, LLC as a partner and lawyer. Those positions lasted through the early 2000s as he consolidated experience running cases and managing firms.
In 2016 he became managing partner of Cantor Injury Law, LLC, the firm that carries his name today. He expanded his professional reach beyond litigation to organizational work as well. In 2019 he founded and became president of the Cantor Injury Law Charitable Foundation Inc., a nonprofit effort he continues to oversee. He has also been active in community organizations, including a multi-year role as chairman of Camp Sabra from 2009 to 2013 and a continuing role as vice president of the executive board of directors at the St. Louis Jewish Community Center beginning in 2013.
Cantor holds memberships in professional groups that reflect his practice interests. He is a member of the National Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and he belongs to the American Association of Justice and the American Bar Association. He has been part of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers since 1998 and the Missouri Bar Association since 1993. He also joined the Illinois State Bar Association in 2014 and maintains ties to the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
Over more than three decades he has handled cases and run firms that focus on injury law and trial work across Missouri and Illinois. His career shows a pattern of founding and leading practices while remaining involved in professional organizations and local community institutions. He continues to serve as managing partner at Cantor Injury Law, LLC and as president of the Cantor Injury Law Charitable Foundation Inc., concentrating his practice on representing people in personal injury matters in Missouri and Illinois.
