About Mark
Mark Aaron built a legal foundation at Duquesne University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1991. He earlier completed undergraduate study at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science. The path from campus to courtroom was steady and deliberate. He entered the profession at a time when local courtroom experience carried weight and meant long hours in county buildings and on courthouse benches.
Early in his career Aaron moved into public service. In 2000 he served as Clarion County District Lawyer, a post that put him in the center of county-level legal work. That role involved managing prosecutions, advising law enforcement and representing the county in court proceedings. Those responsibilities gave him regular experience in trial work and the practice of law at the local level.
Aaron’s admissions include practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Those credentials reflect a practice that crosses trial courts and, at times, higher appellate venues. He has navigated filings and procedural work necessary to operate in both state and federal contexts. He also spent time building the procedural and advocacy skills that come from courtroom practice and from handling cases that require coordination among different courts.
After his time in the county office, Aaron established a private practice under the Law Office of Mark T. Aaron. He has maintained an active practice in the community. His work there has involved representing individuals and entities in litigation and advising clients on disputes that may require courtroom appearances. He balances case preparation with negotiations, client counseling, and courtroom advocacy.
Colleagues describe him as thorough in case work and straightforward in court. He has held professional memberships during his career and remained involved in the legal community. Over the years he has drawn on his early public-office experience when approaching cases that require an understanding of county procedures and local practice.
As of 2026, Aaron continues to practice from the Law Office of Mark T. Aaron, handling litigation and client representation in matters that arise in Pennsylvania courts and in federal settings when appropriate.
