About Mario Gabriele

Mario Gabriele BAI attended Brooklyn Law School before entering practice in the tri-state area. He pursued legal studies in New York and moved into practice across multiple jurisdictions soon after. His early years in the profession were spent learning local rules and courtroom procedure, a practical education that shaped how he manages cases today.

He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Florida. That multi-state admission pattern has allowed him to handle matters that cross state lines and to advise clients on differences in procedure and local practice. Colleagues say he is methodical in preparing filings and careful in assessing where state law will affect outcomes.

Bai practices from the Law Office of Contaldi and Bai. The office serves a range of clients who require counsel in the three states where he is licensed. At the firm he handles intake, client counseling and courtroom appearances, balancing written advocacy with oral argument when cases require it.

Clients encounter him most often in situations that require coordination across jurisdictions. He aims to clarify which state’s law governs a dispute and to map out next steps accordingly. He also spends time reviewing statutory and regulatory frameworks when client problems turn on local rules.

Outside the courtroom, Bai routes much of his work through careful client communication. He drafts pleadings, prepares discovery, and negotiates on behalf of clients when settlement is appropriate. His practice involves both negotiation and litigation components, depending on what each case presents. He also advises clients on procedural strategy when matters might be filed in more than one state.

In recent years he has focused on maintaining active admissions in New York, New Jersey and Florida, keeping abreast of changes in procedure and practice in each jurisdiction. He currently practices at the Law Office of Contaldi and Bai, concentrating on client matters arising under New York, New Jersey and Florida law.
