About Marguerite
Marguerite Belline earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2006. She completed her legal studies after an intensive course of study and entered the professional bar in Georgia. Her academic years at Georgia State provided the foundation she would build on in private practice.
After law school she established a practice in Georgia and has worked there since. Over time she formed The Belline Law Office, LLC, which serves as the vehicle for her legal work. She is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia and conducts her work through that office.
Her day-to-day work combines client counseling, case preparation and the procedural steps required in state matters. She manages files, prepares pleadings and advises clients on legal options. Her practice involves both written advocacy and oral presentations when necessary, and she handles the practical tasks that move matters forward from intake to resolution.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in case handling and attentive to the practical needs of clients. She places emphasis on clear explanations and on setting realistic expectations. That approach shapes how her office responds to questions, schedules work and communicates about developments in a matter.
Outside the office she keeps abreast of developments in Georgia law and participates in continuing legal education. She draws on those updates when advising clients and when refining office procedures. Her record shows steady involvement in the mechanics of running a solo or small firm practice and in maintaining the professional standards required by the state bar.
At present she operates The Belline Law Office, LLC in Georgia and concentrates her practice on serving clients through that firm.
