About Marci

Marci TerreBlanche built her legal foundation at Ohio University and Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. She took the classroom work and turned it into a practice in Ohio. She is an attorney who handles the everyday tasks that make the law function for clients: advising, drafting, and representing people and businesses in state matters.

TerreBlanche arrived at law school after completing her undergraduate studies at Ohio University. At Salmon P. Chase College of Law she studied core subjects that lawyers rely on: procedure, evidence, contracts and statutory interpretation. Those courses would shape how she approaches casework, from the first client intake to courtroom filings.

After earning her law degree she began practicing in Ohio. She is admitted to practice in the state and has worked on matters that require familiarity with Ohio courts and rules. Over the years she has taken on both transactional and contested matters, handling document preparation, client counseling and hearings when disputes required them.

Her work involves a mix of office-based preparation and courtroom presence. That can mean researching legal issues, drafting pleadings and briefs, negotiating on behalf of clients and appearing before judges. She approaches each matter with an attention to procedural detail and a steady legal method, translating statutes and case law into practical steps for clients.

Colleagues and clients have relied on her for clear writing and careful case management. She tends to break complex legal problems into manageable parts. That approach helps when deadlines are tight and when cases require coordination of witnesses, documents and legal arguments.

TerreBlanche is associated with Shur law, where she continues to practice. She maintains a practice centered on matters arising under Ohio law and represents clients in state proceedings. As of 2026, she practices at Shur law in Ohio and represents clients in matters before Ohio courts and administrative bodies.
