About Marc
In 2000, Marc served as a Captain in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps. During this time, he handled litigation for the Department of Justice, gaining inexperience in military law and civil litigation. After completing his service, he established his own law firm in 2003, focusing on both civil and criminal matters. Since then, Marc has represented over 2,500 clients, demonstrating a commitment to advocacy and client service. Admitted to practice law in Nevada in 1999, Marc expanded his credentials by gaining admission in Georgia in 2003 and Texas in 2015. His legal expertise extends to several federal courts, including the U.S.
Court of Military Appeals in 2000, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 2001, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2006. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2010. Most notably, he was admitted to the U.S.
Supreme Court in 2019. This lets the attorney advocate at the highest level of the judicial system. Marc's practice areas are diverse, encompassing personal injury, criminal defense, DUI & DWI, nursing home abuse, traffic tickets, and insurance claims.
