He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Florida in 1990. He then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, graduating in 1993. Marc was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 1995 — He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Before founding Winters & Yonker, Marc worked at Richard Mullholland & Associates from 1995 to 2001. In 2001, he co-founded Winters & Yonker with Bill Winters, aiming to provide personalized care to clients facing personal injury cases.
