About Marc David

Marc David Ippoliti has practiced law in Delaware and Pennsylvania for many years. He trained at Widener University Delaware School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1991. The legal education he received there laid the groundwork for a career spent working inside the courts and offices of two neighboring states.

After law school Ippoliti entered private practice. Over time he became a steady presence in the regional legal community. He is admitted to the bars of Delaware and Pennsylvania and has handled matters that required familiarity with the rules and procedures of both states. His career has involved appearances in state and local courts and work that requires attention to procedural detail.

Ippoliti is associated with Aivazoglou, Mikropoulos & Ippoliti, LLC. He practices through that firm, where his role involves advising and representing clients on matters arising in the jurisdictions where he is licensed. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in approach and careful in preparing cases, preferring clear analysis over rhetoric when advising clients or arguing in court.

Throughout his career he has balanced litigation duties with transactional and advisory assignments. The mix of courtroom and office work has given him a practical perspective on case assessment and risk management. He has worked on matters that called for negotiating settlements as well as cases that proceeded to trial. That breadth has informed how he evaluates client options and crafts strategies that fit the legal and factual circumstances presented.

Ippoliti continues to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania through Aivazoglou, Mikropoulos & Ippoliti, LLC. He remains active in handling matters that arise in those states and represents individuals and entities in legal proceedings and transactional work.
