About Malone Williams
Malone Williams Allen built her legal foundation on two campuses: Trinity University for undergraduate studies and Emory University for law school. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Speech Communication from Trinity in 2010, then went on to receive her J.D. from Emory in 2013. Her academic path combined rhetoric and legal training, a pairing that would shape the early years of her professional life.
After law school, Allen moved quickly into both court and firm settings. In 2013 she served as a judicial intern with the Supreme Court of Georgia, an experience that offered a close look at appellate decision-making and the inner workings of the state judiciary. That same year she began work as an associate attorney at Ichter Kresky LLC, taking on the responsibilities typical of a young lawyer in private practice.
Two years later she joined Berman Fink Van Horn PC as an associate. Her time there added to her exposure to the demands of client representation and case preparation. In 2020 she shifted to Buckhead Family Law as a senior associate, a move that placed her in a practice focused on domestic relations, custody, and related matters. Each role built on the last and expanded the scope of cases she managed.
In 2023 Allen founded Resurgens Legal Counsel, LLC and became its owner and principal lawyer. The firm represents the current base for her work and marks a transition from associate roles to leadership and business management. Founding a practice required her to combine legal skills with the practical tasks of running a small law office, from client intake to overseeing case strategy.
Allen holds active membership in the State Bar of Georgia, a credential she has maintained since 2013. Her career has kept her within Georgia’s legal community, through courtroom exposure, firm practice, and now private practice leadership. Colleagues have noted her steady progression from law clerk to firm associate to firm founder, a path that reflects a steady accumulation of responsibility rather than sudden leaps.
Her experience includes work at multiple Georgia firms and a judicial internship at the state’s highest court. That background informs how she approaches client matters: attentive to procedural detail and aware of the appellate context where relevant. She currently practices at Resurgens Legal Counsel, LLC, serving clients in Georgia.
