About Madison
Madison Glossner pursued an interest in crime and justice early in her academic life. She earned a B.S. in Criminology from George Mason University in 2013 and continued to law school at Liberty University, receiving her J.D. in 2016. Those years shaped her understanding of the criminal justice system and prepared her for practice in Virginia.
She gathered hands-on experience before and during law school through a series of internships. In 2012 she worked in Culpeper County, splitting time between the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office and the Victim/Witness Program. That year gave her exposure to prosecutorial processes and victim services. In 2015 she served as an intern at the Fairfax County Public Defender’s Office, where she observed defense strategies and client advocacy in a busy public setting.
After law school Glossner moved into practice. In 2016 she joined Patrick Anderson & Associates as a lawyer. The following year she worked with Nova Defenders and S&R Law Office, PLLC. Her work since graduation has been anchored in Virginia courts and legal circles. She maintains memberships in the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
Her professional path spans both sides of criminal practice. The combination of early prosecutorial internships and later defender work has given her familiarity with courtroom procedure, client interviews, and case preparation. Colleagues describe her as methodical and steady in court settings. She draws on her criminology training when evaluating evidence and advising clients.
Glossner’s practice remains in Virginia, where she represents clients in criminal matters and appears in local courts. She is based at Nova Defenders, S&R Law Office, PLLC, and works on cases that arise in the commonwealth. Her current practice centers on criminal defense in Virginia.
