About Erin
Erin Rubin earned her law degree from American University Washington College of Law. Her time in law school provided the formal legal education that underpins her work today. She left school prepared for the procedural and analytical demands of practice.
She began her professional practice as an associate lawyer at Raheen Family Law, P.C. in 2023. That role marked her transition from classroom to courtroom and office. At the firm she joined an established team handling family law matters and stepped into the day-to-day responsibilities of an associate.
As an associate, Rubin has worked on client representation, case preparation, and courtroom processes. Her work includes drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and participating in negotiations. She has been involved in both advising clients and carrying forward litigation tasks assigned by senior attorneys.
