About Madeline M.
Madeline M. Sinkovich earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Kalamazoo College before turning to law at Wayne State University Law School. Her undergraduate study trained her to read closely and assemble narratives from complex records. Law school added courtroom procedure, legal research and the practical skills needed to represent clients in civil matters.
She entered practice in Michigan and joined Mike Morse Injury Law Office in 2022. Since then she has worked across the firm’s offices, handling matters that come through a high-volume plaintiff’s practice. Her early years at the firm involved learning the rhythms of personal injury work: client intake, drafting pleadings, negotiating with insurers and preparing cases for trial when settlements do not resolve disputes.
Her practice centers on personal injury claims. She handles automobile collisions, premises liability and other injury cases that involve contested fault or insurance coverage questions. She prepares case files, conducts factual investigation, coordinates with medical experts and manages client communications through each stage of a claim. In court she has appeared on motions and at pretrial hearings and has helped shepherd cases toward resolution either at the negotiating table or before a judge.
Colleagues describe Sinkovich as methodical in her case preparation and direct in client conversations. She applies the investigative instincts from her history background to reconstruct accident narratives and to assemble documentary evidence. She also spends time explaining options to clients, outlining likely timelines and the practical implications of settlement offers versus further litigation.
Outside of casework she continues professional development related to Michigan civil procedure and insurance law. Her work remains centered on helping injured people navigate insurance systems and legal processes that are often unfamiliar and stressful. She remains based in Michigan and practices at multiple offices of Mike Morse Injury Law Office. Her current practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury and related insurance disputes in Michigan courts and before insurers.
