About Lyudmyla
Lyudmyla Kolyesnik built her path to the law on a foundation of numbers and analysis. She earned a B.A. in Corporate Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016. Three years later she received her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, entering the legal profession at a moment when practical training mattered as much as classroom theory.
Her first role after law school was as a law clerk at Purcell, Flanagan, Hay & Greene, P.A., where she joined the firm in 2019. In that capacity she worked on research, drafting, and case preparation. The position gave her early exposure to the daily demands of litigation and client representation in a busy practice setting.
In 2020 she moved into an of counsel position at the same firm. The title reflected more responsibility. She began advising on matters and taking a larger role in client-facing work. Colleagues from that period describe someone who combined legal training with an attention to practical business concerns.
Kolyesnik’s educational background in corporate finance helps shape her approach to legal problems. She applies a business-oriented perspective to legal analysis, often looking at transactions and disputes through both legal and economic lenses. That orientation informed her work as of counsel and later guided her decision to create her own firm.
In 2024 she founded BridgeTRUST, PLLC and took on the role of managing lawyer. Starting a firm required juggling casework, administrative duties, and the responsibility of supervising staff. She has handled those tasks while maintaining practice responsibilities in Florida. The firm’s name signals an interest in matters that intersect with business and fiduciary concerns, though she has kept the firm’s public profile straightforward and practical.
Kolyesnik also maintains professional memberships and participates in the legal community. She is licensed to practice in Florida and continues to build a practice that reflects both her academic training and her years of firm experience. She currently leads BridgeTRUST, PLLC, handling legal matters for clients in Florida.
